Assistive Listening
Assistive Listening Devices are available at all performances in the Claire Shulman Theater.
What are assistive listening devices?
Assistive listening devices amplify the sound from the performance, delivering directly to the user's ears through headphones or hearing aids.
Where can I pick up an assistive listening device?
Assistive listening devices are available at the Front of House office by the center entrance to the Claire Shulman Theater. Ask a member of the Front of House team for further assistance.
How do assistive listening devices work?
The audio from the performance is captured by microphones and transmitted wirelessly via a dedicated radio frequency to receivers used by the audience member.
Does the system work with T-Coils?
Yes! When you request your device from the Front of House team, please ask for a neck loop instead of headphones.
