En las clases de Dance for PD®, los participantes exploran el movimiento y la música de maneras divertidas, estimulantes y creativas. Este programa global premiado y respaldado por investigaciones está diseñado para personas que viven con Parkinson, pero es apropiado para cualquier persona con problemas de movilidad. No se requiere experiencia en baile. Sentados o de pie, los participantes explorarán elementos de diferentes estilos de baile desde la seguridad del hogar con música energizante e inspiradora como guía.

In Dance for PD® classes, participants explore movement and music in ways that are enjoyable, stimulating and creative. This award-winning, research-backed global program is designed for people living with Parkinson's but appropriate for anyone with mobility concerns. No dance experience is required. Seated or standing, participants will explore elements of different dance styles from the safety of home with energizing and inspiring music as a guide.
A program of the Mark Morris Dance Group, Dance for PD serves as a model for classes in more than 300 communities in 25 countries around the world.
The classes on May 7 and 14 will be conducted in Spanish.

Dance for PD® offers internationally‐acclaimed dance classes for people with Parkinson’s disease in Brooklyn, New York, and through our network of partners and associates in more than 300 other communities in 25 countries. Evidence from 43 peer‐reviewed scientific studies serves to underpin the effectiveness and benefits of the Dance for PD teaching practice.
