Novid Parsi’s plays have been produced or developed by Golden Thread Productions (San Francisco), The New Group (New York), Paines Plough (London), Playwrights Foundation (San Francisco), and Silk Road Rising (Chicago), among others. His work has been recognized by the Jeff Awards (Best New Work nominee), the Eugene O’Neill Theater Center’s National Playwrights Conference (three-time semifinalist), and the Bay Area Playwrights Festival (finalist and two-time semifinalist). Novid lives in St. Louis with his husband.

Kate Bergstrom is a bi-coastal director and intermedia artist now residing in NYC whose work has been seen regionally at Trinity Rep (A CHRISTMAS CAROL), Marin Theatre Company (NOURA by Heather Raffo), Cleveland Play House (Workshop GALILEE 34 by Eleanor Burgess), LATC X We The Women (FILL FILL FILL FILL FILL FILL FILL by Steph Del Rosso), Opera San Diego (OSB), Music Academy of the West (THE SHAKESPEARE SALON), REDCAT (WHOLED), LACMA and more. in NYC, she has directed work at Ars Nova (HOTBOX), The Bushwick Starr (Workshop: ON THE Y-AXIS), Rattlestick Theater (Workshop: RED BIKE), New Dramatists (Workshop: ORANGE BALLOON by Erin Courtney), JACK( h0t club FISHXSEAFOOD), Dixon Place (ANNE FRANK LIVE AT THE PLAZA by Evan Horwitz) + Access Theatre (Workshop: THESE WALLS). She is a proud member of SDC + AGMA, New Georges Affiliated Artist and member of the intermedia performance group, h0t club. She's developed work everywhere from Curious Theatre Company (Denver) to Ojai Playwrights Conference.

Will Turner is an actor and songwriter based in New York. A recent graduate of Brown/Trinity’s Acting program, he has worked at EST, Ars Nova, Playwright’s Realm, and Trinity Rep among other places, as well as appearing in festival-winning short films and web series. TATYANA-MARIE CARLO

Tatyana-Marie Carlo (she/her/hers), is a proud Puerto Rican Director from Miami, FL who received her MFA in Directing from Brown University (Brown/Trinity Partnership) and her BFA in Acting from New World School of the Arts. Her mission to bring bilingual theater into the forefront has influenced every aspect of her career. As the former Director of Micro Theater Miami Tatyana-Marie integrated English-language plays, where previously all the plays were performed in Spanish. While leading the creation process of 15-minute plays in 20 X 8 shipping containers, she was also able to establish Micro Theater for Kids, which was never before seen in the United States. Soon after she became the Associate Director of Seminole Theatre, a performing arts center in Homestead, Fl. Tatyana-Marie was named the 2019 Matt Harris Directing Fellow at Williamstown Theater Festival, and the 2021 Drama League Public Works Fellow.

Mattico David is from Flint, MI and thrilled to be working with Queens Theatre as part of the New American Voices series. Past stage work includes Noura at Playwrights Horizons, Shakespeare Theatre Company, The Old Globe, and Marin Theatre Company; A Streetcar Named Desire, Boeing, Boeing, A Stone Carver, Escanaba In Da’ Moonlight, Best of Friends, Apartment 3A, Corktown, Bleeding Red, Consider the Oyster, Growing Pretty, White Buffalo at the Purple Rose Theatre Company; American Buffalo, Disgraced at the Jewish Ensemble Theatre; and Danny and the Deep Blue Sea at Flint City Theatre. He is also working with Playwrights Horizons on their upcoming production of Selling Kabul. He earned his BFA in Theater from the University of Michigan.

Allison Lewis-Towbes

Allison Lewis-Towbes (SAG-AFTRA) is a California-raised, New York-based actor and producer. She is a graduate of Northwestern University, BA, and she also had the honor of studying at The Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts in London. She has appeared in Gracie Gardener’s “Athena” (On The Verge x The Fowler Museum at UCLA), Jennifer Higdon’s “Cold Mountain,” and Caridad Svich’s “RED BIKE,” (NNPN Rolling World Premier, The Wilbury Group; Sheen Center Theater Festival).
