 How can I get to Queens Theatre?

Where does Shuttle run and how long?

The Queens Theatre shuttle runs between the Willets point Shea Stadium and theatre starting 1 hour before performances and runs a half hour after each performance.

  

Do you accept TDF Voucher?

Queens Theatre in the Park accepts TDF vouchers 1 hour before a performance depending on availability. No reservations.

  

Can I exchange my tickets?

Ticket exchanges are a benefit reserved for Queens Theatre subscribers.  All sales are final no refunds no exchanges.


What if missed my show?

If you have your tickets from a missed performance we may accept your past dated tickets in exchange for selected performances, based on seat availability.  No reservations.  Please call box office for more info. 

 

Do you sell Gift Certificates?

Yes.  We sell gift certificates in any amount with a minimum of $15.  Gift certificate is good for 1 year from date of purchase.  Gift certificate is good for any show during our regular season and summer Latino Festival.

 

How can I get on the mailing list?

You can go sign up for our mailing list by clicking here or calling the box office and asking to be added to our mailing list.

 

Do you have handicap seating?

8 wheelchair accessible spaces are available in our main stage.  Our downstairs studio theatre has elevator access.  Please let the box office know you need wheelchair accessible seating at the time of your purchase.

 

Is there a charge for Parking?

Parking is free. There will be parking attendants letting you know where to park your car during performances.

What form of payments do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, cash and checks.

 

What can I do if I lost my tickets?

If you lost your tickets purchased through the box office, simply call and let us know.  You can pick up you replacement ticket form at the box office on the day of the show.  We ask that you please bring identification with you.

 

When I buy tickets online why am I re-routed to another website?

Our online ticket orders are processed by choice ticketing software system through their secure website.
