DISCOUNTS
Multi-Show Discount. Order 3 or more shows and pay the multi-show price. Discount is good for any show you buy through the entire season. No limits on number of ticket you may purchase at this discount. If you are an Advance or Series Subscriber; or, have purchased 2 or more shows this season you are already entitled to take this discount.
Senior Discount. 65 or older.
Full Time Student Discount. Must bring ID, 1 ticket per ID. Ticket will be held at Will Call Window.
Groups. Special discounts are available for groups of 15 or more to all performances. Groups of 40 or more save even more.
TDF Vouchers. Are accepted 1 hour prior to performance, depending on availability. No reservations.

A group contract will be mailed to you by our group sales coordinator.
Queens Theatre in the Park agrees to hold your ticket order until the deposit due date. Queens Theatre in the Park reserves the right to release any tickets not paid for by the dates indicated.
1) Contract must de signed and mailed back along with 25% deposit
2) All Deposits and Final Payments are NON-REFUNDABLE, except in the case of a canceled performance.
3) Adjustments in the number of tickets ordered may be made until the final payment date. No negative adjustments to this contract can be made after that time (Adjustments in numbers may result to an increase in ticket price).
4) Queens Theatre in the Park cannot guarantee the availability of any tickets in excess of this order, but will make every effort to accommodate any changes.
5) If you cannot attend the performance on the above date, you may exchange to a different performance (difference in ticket price may apply). Exchanges must be made 3 weeks prior to original performance, based on availability. No refunds, no credits.
6) Tickets will be available 48 hours after we receive the final payment and will be held at the box office on the day of the performance. We will mail tickets only if directed to do so.

SUSCRIBER BENEFITS
● Discount Savings. You are now a Multi-Show buyer for the 2008/09 Season at Queens Theatre in the Park. This allows you to buy as many tickets as you desire for ALL Queens Theatre in the Park shows in the 2008-2009 Season (theatre, dance, concerts, kids & family shows, special events and more) at the Multi-Show-Discount price listed for that event. Please identify yourself as a subscriber when calling or mailing in an order.
● Extra Discount Savings. You can purchase additional tickets to your theatre performances at only $28 for Saturdays or Sundays, and only $23 for Friday evening or weekday matinees. That’s $2 off the Multi-Show Discount. We want to encourage you to bring guests with you to the theatre.
● Advance Notifications. You will receive advance notice of ALL Queens Theatre in the Park events for the 2008/09 Season. You will also be notified as new programming is added to the calendar throughout the year.
● E-Mail List. If we have your e-mail address you will automatically be entered into our “E-mail List”. Members will be sent weekly or bi-weekly reminders of upcoming events, and from time to time will be given special discount offers for upcoming events at Queens Theatre or other performing arts spaces throughout the New York area.
● Ticket Exchange Privilege. Should you have a conflict with one of your subscription dates, you may exchange your tickets for another performance up to 48 hours in advance of your ticket date. We must have your physical tickets here at Queens Theatre to do the exchange. There is no charge to exchange your tickets if the new tickets are of equal or lesser value. If the new tickets are of a greater value, you must pay the difference.
● Missed a Performance? Should a last minute complication cause you to miss a performance, your tickets (which are valued at $0 once the performance has passed) can be used for another Queens Theatre in the Park performance on a “Space available basis”. Past-dated tickets can only be traded at the Box Office one hour before the performance you wish to attend as long as there are seats available for that show. “Space available basis” can not be held or reserved in advance, please call the Box Office for availability. If the new ticket is priced higher than the written value on your past-dated ticket, you will be required to pay the difference.
