| The Institute for Korean-American Culture presents The Art of Gisaeng Sunday, January 20 at 4pm Tickets: $35 Multi-Show $30 Senior $33 Student $20 Giseang are Korean geishas, highly educated and trained professional entertainers who performed, sang and danced for royalty and throughout the high society of historical Koea. As the royal system withered away, organized Gisaeng schools disappeared, but their traditions survive. |
